The Release (Venting Phase)
Start by unloading—spiritually, emotionally, mentally. This is your sacred space to express where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear.
The Root Work
Together, we’ll uncover and identify the core spiritual blocks (rejection, control, abandonment, identity, etc.) and trace them to their origin. This is where true transformation begins.
The Alignment
We’ll close the session with Prompted Journal Prayer, using the Prayerpist® Method—a prophetic journaling process that will empower you to confidently hear from God and receive the clarity you came for.
